This week Pangea invites everyone to #FeelPeru at its shop in Madrid. A week full of events for all tastes and ages organised together with the Commercial Office of Peru in Spain and other collaborators.
Yesterday, Wednesday, it was the turn of the travel bloggers. We received an invitation to participate in a Ceviche showcooking which I will comment on below using photos and tweets I took from the social networks. In the end, there is no better storytelling than a good hashtag ;).
I wanted to keep this event as a souvenir, because I had a great time.
This is the summary of the photos I posted on Face:
And this is the Storytelling of the ceviche night… 🙂

This is the video presenting Peru internationally by the country’s Tourist Office, which went viral a few years ago. Cris had not seen it and was very excited (as we all were when we saw it for the first time). So I shared it with her on Twitter.
If you didn’t see it, you can watch it below. And if you did see it: it doesn’t hurt to review it.

And when we arrived at the Pangea shop we were greeted with a delicious cocktail (which was not a pisco sour) and a spectacular setting!

Then the Showcooking began with Miguel Novoa, chef of the Peruvian restaurant A&G in Madrid. He prepared two ceviches for us: a traditional one and a variant with a milk made from aji limo peppers. We had to pay attention to the preparation because we would then have to reproduce it in the best Masterchef style and whoever did it best would win a trip for two to Peru!
